Meet The Team

Jillda McNair joined Chang Dermatology and Skin Surgery Center as the Practice Manager. She brings more than 17 years of experience in dermatology and Mohs micrographic surgery to the practice.

Jillda was drawn to dermatology because it combines medical, surgical and aesthetic care while offering the chance to make a meaningful impact on patients’ health and confidence. She is particularly interested in Mohs micrographic surgery and reconstructive surgery. Jillda finds it deeply rewarding to support patients through every step of their journey—from the initial biopsy and discussion of a cancer diagnosis, to exploring treatment options, to the precise removal of cancer while preserving healthy tissue and finally to restoring function and appearance through advanced reconstructive techniques.

As Practice Manager, Jillda’s favorite part of her role is creating an environment where both patients and providers can thrive. She enjoys streamlining operations, optimizing patient flow and supporting her team, knowing that these behind-the-scenes efforts ultimately improve both patient satisfaction and staff morale.

Outside of work, she loves spending time with her five children, five grandchildren and her Yorkie, Dash. She often hosts family cookouts and gatherings, as some of her favorite moments are when she has everyone under the same roof.
